To confirm your reservation we require a credit card to be included as a guarantee.
6 days before the booked date, a pre-authorization of €50 per person will be made. Pre-clearance will be issued automatically the day after your experience.
Please note: For reservations less than 6 days from the date booked, pre-authorization will be made immediately and released 7 days later from the time of card insertion.

50 € per person will be charged in case of:
– No show
– Cancellation less than 48 hours from booked date
– Failure to notify change in number of covers less than 48 hours from booked date

For gift voucher holders, in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the booked date, the gift voucher will be considered void and no longer usable.

The reservation is valid until 15 minutes after the agreed time. In any case no later than 2 p.m. for lunch and 9:30 p.m. for dinner.
Please indicate in the notes field special requests, such as cakes, floral decorations and others, you will be contacted for all details.

If the gift card is not reported, the use of the gift card will not be considered valid for booking on the matter.
