In his journey from the South to the North of Italy, Chef Cannavacciuolo has found a second home in Piedmont, the cradle of new flavours and great professional achievements. That’s why he and his wife Cinzia Primatesta decided to pay tribute to this region by bringing his innovative and honest cuisine to Turin: in 2017 they opened an elegant bistrot that quickly became a highlight of Turin’s food scene.
